These terms apply when you use Stay Finder, a product of Zentara Technologies Private Limited. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What Stay Finder is

Stay Finder helps you find PGs (paying-guest accommodation), and in future other rental and sale properties, in OMR, Chennai. We are a listing platform. We are not the owner, landlord or broker of any property, and we are not a party to any rental, stay or sale agreement between you and an owner.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• You log in with a mobile number you own, verified by OTP. Keep your OTP private.
• Details you give must be true. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Verified listings

Our team visits and checks each listing in person at the time of the survey (see our Verification Policy). Rent, availability, facilities and house rules can change afterwards. Always confirm the details with the owner and visit the PG before you pay anything.

4. Fees

Using Stay Finder is free for you and we do not charge brokerage. Please do not pay any advance or deposit to anyone claiming to represent Stay Finder; payments are between you and the owner.

5. How you may use the service

• Use owner contact details only to enquire about the PG.
• Do not send spam, false or abusive messages, or enquiries meant to mislead.
• Do not copy the site's content in bulk, or try to disrupt or break into the service.

6. Listing information

Listings are created from our surveys and owners' information. If you are an owner and something is wrong or you want a listing changed or removed, write to support@zentaratek.com.

7. Third-party services

Buttons may open WhatsApp, your phone dialler or Google Maps. Those services have their own terms, which we do not control.

8. Ownership of content

The Stay Finder name, logo, design and content belong to Zentara Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm others.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from dealings between you and an owner, or from information that has changed since we verified it. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
