How do I contact a PG owner?
Open a PG and tap WhatsApp or Call, or send an enquiry. You need to log in with your mobile number first, which protects owners from spam. After you log in you go straight to what you tapped.
Is Stay Finder free?
Yes. We do not charge you or take brokerage. Please never pay an advance to anyone claiming to represent us.
What does "Verified" mean?
Our team visited the PG in person, took live photos and checked the details. See the Verification Policy for exactly what is and is not covered.
How do you use my location?
If you allow it, we use it only to show distances and sort PGs nearest first. It stays in a cookie on your device for 24 hours. You can turn it off with the "Near you" button on the home page.
A listing looks wrong. What can I do?
Open the PG and tap "Report this listing", or use the report option below. We will re-check it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account and choose "Delete my account". Your profile, saved PGs and enquiries are removed.
